WHAT IT BRINGS YOUR TEAM

Enter it once.
Move on in the right place.

A quote gets approved. Then the copying starts: customer details, project name, billing information, a message to your colleague. We identify which steps can be connected and where a deliberate review is still needed.

01

Exchange data

Pass customer information, documents and statuses between your systems. With clear agreements on which system is the source.

02

Start next steps

An approval, new enquiry or status change can automatically prepare tasks, case files or notifications.

03

Make errors visible

A failed process triggers a clear alert. We design how recovery, retries and manual follow-up work.

04

Prevent duplicates

Checks against existing records and previously processed actions help prevent the same request from being executed twice.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

From an approved quote to a project ready to start.

A business services company uses separate systems for sales, delivery and administration. An agreed approval connects the work across these departments.

  1. 01

    Record approval

The CRM records that the customer has accepted the quote.

  2. 02

    Check data

The automation checks required information and whether the project already exists.

  3. 03

    Prepare project

A case file and the first tasks are created in the workspace.

  4. 04

    Update administration

The required information goes to accounting. A colleague is notified if something is wrong.

Example process — we define the exact steps and integrations together.

START SMALL. GROW WITH PURPOSE.

Understand first.
Then build.

We start with one concrete workflow. Together, we map the users, existing systems and the change you want to make.

Then we define the first version: what will we build, what will we connect and how will we test that it works? You get a clear view of the scope, schedule and costs before we start. We also agree on maintenance and further development together.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your questions.

Which systems can you connect?

That depends on what your software supports, such as an API, webhooks or an export. We check feasibility in advance, including any access or licence requirements.

Does all information move back and forth instantly?

For each process, we determine which data is needed, where it goes and how often it is updated. Sometimes real-time processing fits; sometimes a scheduled sync is better.

What happens if an integration fails?

We agree on how errors are recorded, who receives alerts and when an action can be retried. This keeps outstanding work visible.
